Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- Standard shipping fee of ₹99 for orders below ₹499
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order on our courier partner's website.
Delays Health Elevate is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. During peak seasons or sale periods, delivery may take additional time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at health.elevate2026@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable).
